Diamond fickert

There are two kinds of diamond fickerts: metal-bond diamond fickert and resin-bond diamond fickert.

Metal-bond diamond fickert is used for rough polishing porcelain, microcrystal tile and other building materials instead of middle grit of traditional silicon carbide abrasive.

Resin-bond diamond fickert is used for polishing various tiles instead of the middle & fine grit of traditional silicon carbide abrasive.

Diamond fickert is as below:

1,long working life:it's working life is 100 times longer than traditional silcon carbide abrasive, and it sharply reduce the replacing frequency and the labor.

2,the sharpness & grinding ability is double times than traditional silicon carbide abrasive. It can improve the flatness and smooth of the tiles surface, reduce re-polishing and increase speed more than 30%.

3,It can reduce the pressure  and resistance force for polishing head unit, increase the working life of polishing heads by 20%, and reduce the repairing & maintaining cost by 20%.

4,Energy saving: power consumption of each head can be reduced by 30%.

5,Environment protection: the costs of discharging waste-residue can be reduced to 0.5%. Transportation cost can be reduced tp 1% comparing with traditional silicon carbide abrasive.
