1 UNCOILERPanel from the continuous sandwich panel production line is a composite structure consisting of two external facings and an insulating core. The core can be flexible with Polyurethane, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PIR, Phenolic or EPS. Various profiles are available according to customer’s requirement with pre-painted steel sheets, PVC sheets, Aluminum paper or other similar supports.The continuous sandwich panel production line has a large scale production capacity. It allows a uniform distribution of the reactive mixture, a homogeneous density, suitable physical and mechanical characteristics. 2. ROLL FORMINGTwo upper un-coilers and two bottom un-coilers are optional, while coils can be changed without stopping the line. It can save time.Roll forming machine can produce wall panels, roof panels, cold room panels and sectional door elements for surface or edge of panel. 3. PRE HEATINGPU foaming system include raw material tanks, material pre-mix station, two-components or multi-components high pressure foaming machine and PU spray device. High pressure foaming machine includes cold and hot constant temperature control system, high precision measurement pumps and valves for a variety of chemical materials, and high pressure mixing head. Two or multi-components high pressure metering machines mix variety components chemical products in the appropriate amount, in order to achieve a perfect dosage of components in the mix head, and produce PU foam. 4. PU FOAMINGDouble belt unit with side mould and temperature control system ensure the perfect panel and surface quality. Zhongji has unique 3M X 8M gantry machining center and 2.5M x 12m milling machine which guarantee the working precision of double belt and appearance quality also working life. 5. DOUBLE BELT PRESS6. CROSS SAW CUTTER 7. COOLING 8. STACKER Cutting machine includes belt saw cutting or disk structure. Italian designed cooling system ensures that the reaction heat is efficiently dissipated, after that, panels are stacked onto pallets and stretch-wrapped with PVC foil, it can wrap tetrahedral or hexahedral. 9. WRAPPING 10. ROCKWOOL AUTO-FEEDING Mineral wool panels are auto-cut into filler strips, rotated and fed in between the sheet layers during the production of sandwich panels with a mineral wool core, mineral wool strips are turned over 90 degrees automatically, then go into double belt, the whole operation is automatic and online.
