PRE HEATINGPU foaming system include raw material tanks, material pre-mix station, two-components or multi-components high pressure foaming machine and PU spray device. High pressure foaming machine includes cold and hot constant temperature control system, high precision measurement pumps and valves for a variety of chemical materials, and high pressure mixing head. Two or multi-components high pressure metering machines mix variety components chemical products in the appropriate amount, in order to achieve a perfect dosage of components in the mix head, and produce PU foam. 4. PU FOAMINGDouble belt unit with side mould and temperature control system ensure the perfect panel and surface quality.
