The complete water treatment system is consist of source water pump, silica sand filter, active carbon filter, Sodium Ion-exchanger, Precesion filter, Reverse Osmosis device, Ozone mixing tank, Ozone generator and water tank.
1. Source water pump offer the driving power for the water flow. we adopt famous brand NanFang Pump of China.
2. Silica sand filter is mainly for removing suspended matters in the source water. Through different size silica sand layer, most of suspended matters are removed.
3. Active carbon filter is mainly for removing strange color and smell such as earth smell. It adopt good quality food grade active carbon layer to work.
4. Sodium Ion-exchanger ( also called water softener) is mainly for softening hardness of water. It uses high quality sodium ion resin with exchanging action to reduce the hardness of water.
5. Precision filter is mainly to remove matters which size is between 1μ and 5μ. It could protect the reverse osmosis membrane without damage.
6. Reverse Osmosis device is a highly effective machine to desalt from water. The membrane adopt imported USA famous brand DOW. The machine with manometer, flux meter and high pressure pump on it.
7. Ozone mixing tank is mainly used to mix ozone with water effectively. More than 7 minutes mixing time could ensure water have a long storage period.
8. Ozone generator is ozone supplier.
9. Water tank is for purified water storage. It's contact with filling machine for next production of bottled water.
The whole water treatment could arrange automatic control system to control the treatment process.
