During the earlier part of the 19th century, black teas had a characteristic woody, smoked flavor. This is due to the use of wood-fired woks. English merchants then started requesting this type of black tea after that. The tea leaves are hung from bamboo baskets above smoking pine-wood ash. The process is quite time consuming and requiring constant attention.

Brewing and Drinking:

(2)Water: 90 degree boiling, after dropping tea in.

(3)After 2-3 minutes' flower blooming, then drink it.
