Using corrugated furnace, not only strengthen the flue gas disturbance, but increase radiation heat transfer area; Both increase furnace stiffness, and effectively reduce the furnace thermal stress; Both enhanced heat transfer effectiveness and promote fuel in the combustion chamber.The heating surface layout is symmetrical, structural strength is reliable,water cycle system is reasonable. Upper boiler water capacity is large.Steam room is large with a good steam quality.Small fluctuations in the water level during operation.The distance between two boiler drums is large, pipe diameter is large, ensuring good natural cycle. The unique design of furnace to gurantee minimal heat loss of boiler.
