Heat-conduction oil boiler is a kind of DC-special industry boiler adopting light oil or heavy oil as fuel, heat conduction oil as heat carrier. Circulating pump compel Liquid circulation, hot liquid is transmitted to using heat equipment ,and then return to heating furnace. The boiler advanced feature is as below:
1. Organic thermal carrier heating system continuously output highest temperature 350 at atmospheric and liquid statue. Carrier pressure is one in ten of saturate steam pressure when temperature is 300
2. Strong high temperature load capacity, stepless adjustment can be used between ordinary temperature and 350 , the temperature can be accurately controlled in the range of requirement temperature.

4. Perfect operation controlling and safety Monitoring device, multiple chain compulsory safety protection system. Conveniently operate, safe and reliable.
5. Provide heat to more than one using heat unit at the same time, produce hot water steam, hot air and life water through heat exchanger.
6. Organic heat carrier heating system is liquid closed circulation, hot oil used by user return to boiler through system pipe with the rest heat avoiding condensation of steam boiler and heat-losing of the boiler sludge-draining. Heat utilization and energy-saving efficiency is good.
IV. Intelligent protection system
As same as intelligent control system, the intelligent protection system for oil-fired heat-conduct oil boiler make sure boiler operates safely. It adopts PLC programmable control, automatic temperature adjustment, search and protection. The intelligent system has following features:

· Over current protection and alarm
· High or low oil pressure protection and alarm
· Oil shortage protection and alarm
· Chain operation protection and auto-control for starting and stopping.
