It adulterates appropriate adjusting material (gypsum) and a little of gas forming material (aluminum paste). Features of Production Process of Aerated Concrete Block Equipment
1. Fixed-point pouring Adopting fixed-point pouring saves the factory building area, convenient for centralized control. It is safe and sanitary during operation. Movable pouring occupies large area, needs many factory buildings, and is not favorable for centralized control, not easy to clean. And there is potential safety hazard during production. The process also can adopt fixed-point pouring and movable discharging mold. It not only can save factory building area, be convenient for centralized control and safe and sanitary during operation, but also solve the disadvantages of fixed pouring, such as post-pouring hardening first, failure to cut, etc.
2. Mechanical cutting
Adopt the overturning cutting machine with the advanced domestic level. The machine can cut six faces of the base, and the cut overall dimension is accurate and appearance is beautiful, and it reaches even exceeds national standard.
3. Full automatic centralized control The technology is controlled by electronic scale from ingredient batching to pouring, with high automation degree and advanced production process.
4. Large space design of factory building Adopt large-space factory building, spacious and bright, convenient for management, saving investment.
5. Adopt pre-curing before cutting Before cutting, adopt quiet stop room for hot chamber curing, which not only quickens the hardening of the base, reduces the quiet stop time of the base, improves the production efficiency, but also the base has uniform development, good aerated structure, high product strength and good freezing resistance. Meanwhile, it is convenient for production in winter, and it will not cause hard center and soft surrounding because of environment temperature difference
6. Adopt pre-curing before steam curing
Before steam curing, adopt pre-curing. During steam curing, adopt rapid pressure rising to shorten steam curing time, improve production efficiency. Meanwhile, the manufactured product is not cracked, and the finished product ratio is high.
7. Use both vacuumization process and degassing process
In the process of steam curing, vacuumization process and degassing process are different, and they have their own advantages and disadvantages. The two processes are considered in design for choice by customer.
