Nickel-chromium Ally Wire Drawing Machine
Application:
This equipment is applied for drawing and Continuous softening nickel-chromium alloy wire within specified technical parameters.
Main Structure of the Machine:
The machine consists of the main machine, annealing furnace, tension control devices, spooler stand, self-circulating coolant system and electrical control components. Below pls find the Some features of each machine are as follows:
(1)Main machine for wire drawing
The machine is with welded box structure, consists of front and back rooms. Wire drawing machine is driven by a 11KW AC motor dragging every wiring drum wheel through Arc Profile Synchronous Belt Transmission. With frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. The wiring method is horizontal sliding continuous stretching.
(2)Annealing furnace
Annealing Furnace is installed between wire drawing machine and spooler stand. The furnace consists of the furnace tube, furnace body, insulating layer and thermal barrier. Heating by resistance wire, measuring temperature by thermocouple. It is equipped with temperature control system.
(3)Tension control device:
Wire tension control is the key to ensure that the wire winding onto the spooler in same strength.
Use Vector type frequency conversion adjustable-speed system for wire roll diameter control,
in the process of drawing,
(4) Take-up and pay-off Spooler stand:
The spooler stand box is also welded structure, which is connected with wire drawing machine by connection stand.
There is the magic-eye detection for the wire pay-off.
(5)Self-circulating cooling system
The unit is equipped with a separate lub. tank in about 250 liters made in all stainless steel. The tank is equipped with a magnetic drive pump for the water supply of wire drawing machine. The return water and overflow will be go into this tank. Each has a control valve to regulate their flow. The lubricating fluid go into the water tank will flow back into the lub. tank to form a loop, option with or without the filter.
(6)Electrical control components
PLC program control, photoelectric detector, dual-frequency, variable speed, automatic tension control for pay-off, high precision temperature control for annealing.
