Application
Our productions are for the foundry of the manufacture of gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel and alloy parts, both for small batch production and mass production.
1)Low viscosity, simple to measure, this can make the resin easy to form resin film on sands, mobility of the molding sand is good. 2)High strength, this can reduce the resin, low cost and high quaulity.
3)Less odor, curing in room temperature
4)Low nitrogen content, this can reduce the stoma, make the surface of the casting smooth, increase the yield of the casting.

DIRECTION FOR USE
a. Mixing Proportion:
Sand 100
Resin 0.8--2.0% of sand weight
Hardener 30%--70% of resin weight
Mixing Process:
Mix sand with hardener using continuous sand mixer or intermittent sand mixer for one to two minutes, then add resin and mix evenly for one to two minutes.
Safety matters1. the resin in contact with skin may produce mild irritation of individuals, the operator must wear protective equipment.2. in the course of the usage, resin sand will evaporate a small amount of irritant gases, stimulate the human body, the operator should pay attention to protection, in the operation of the workplace to enhance ventilation
