The cold feed degassing extruder with vacuum exhausting device could make the gas to be exhausted which occurred in the extruding process of the rubber.Because the product is very compact and almost has no gas eye,it greatly improve the quality of the extruded product,such as high-pressure strip,auto seal,auto inner tube,foam rubber etc.The max output of the cold feed and degassing extruder can reach to the 80% compare to the other cold feed extruder,and it can be changed to the ordinary cold feed extruder through changing the same diameter screw ,so the investing-cost of machine can be reduced 50%.
