Traditionally, the pressure for lined PTFE powder isn't enough and generally less than 15Mpa.Due to the lacking of pressure, the PTFE powder in the steel inside wall couldn’t be pressed tightly, leading to high contractibility rate in liner after sintering, in this way, lots of disadvantages appearing, such as the fissure, bubbling, seepage.
The method used in the equal-pressure could produce some of thick wall straight pipe of the large diameter and some PTFE liner of complicated container. The quality of liners for finished products is placed in the best state when the water pressure is reached or more than 30Mpa. This is the high-end technically equipment in lining PTFE powder, also is the urgent needing in technological equipment of domestically antiseptic machine for the lining PTFE powder.
