The working system of washing wicket consisted of two parts:
1. (21.Stainless steel spray washing frame and whole closed protector box is a spray washing frame made of stainless steel, installed under cooling zone at the back end of each oven, and 21 universal spray heads made of stainless steel on the frame. A whole closed protector box made of stainless steel with two glass windows at both sides to prevent heated lye spraying outside to damage operating worker when cleaning the wickets.

Wickets washing unit is a separate and movable wickets washing machine, its consisted of stainless steel water boxcapacity600kg clean water, stainless steel caustic Liquid tank (including internal electrical heating pipe, capacity900kg caustic Liquid), high perforrmance pump made of stainless steel completely ( speediness tie-in and against high pressure tube are connected from pump water gap to spray frame ), sucking dirt pump made of stainless steel completely ( reclaiming spray washing lye for using recycle ), electric control box ( to start water pump and control technical temperature of lye ) and a dolly ( can move to provide cleaning wickets for many lines of printing or decorating oven).
