Working Principle: Box hammer crusher can change the discharge size by adjusting the grate gap so as to meet the requirements of different customers. The main working part of box hammer crusher is the Rotator with hammer. Rotator is consisted of main shaft, round panel, pin roll and hammer. The rotator which is driving by the motor is whirling rapidly in the crushing cavity. The material fed into the crusher from the feeding opening is hit, impacted, cut and grinded to be powder by the high speed hammer. Under the rotator, there is the screen plate. The material which is smaller than the size of screen mesh will be discharged out, while those which are bigger than the mesh size will be continually crushed and grinded by the hammer and will be finally discharged.
