Belt Dryer

The processing of biomass for fuel (pelleting, briquetting, etc.) requires the preparation of the raw material. Key factors are the particle size and moisture content.

To adjust the moisture content, it is often necessary to dry the material. It is advisable, where feasible and economically viable, the gross mass of a minimum content of 8% to 12 % moisture and then adjust by adding moisture.

Belt dryers are interesting because they usually the easiest and most effective drying and can be used also for the entire spectrum of the biomass. Even with high moisture biomass can therefore be dried. Basic Structure

Promotion
A module consists of a conveyor belt of 2 meters in length. This can be supplied in widths of 30cm, 50cm and 80cm. As the material available here, depending on the requirements of stainless steel or galvanized steel are available. Extensions and options

Material supply
Each module has an upper cover, which is performed in the same manner as the side panels. They have an outlet for the evacuation of hot air. Host material
