Technical discriptions: we use the advanced continuous copper plating technology to uniformly deposite electrolyte copper onto mild round steel.The copper thickness can be UL-467 standard as 10 mil thickness.The copper thickness is uniform along and around the steel core. The purity of the electrolyte copper is 99.9%.so it can ensure the electricity conductivity is excellent.The steel core is mild steel material,so the plactisity is almost the same as stranded wire.It has the characteristics of common copper conductors and the placticity.To bend a wire to 90 degree angle ,the copper will not peel or crack.Sheering off enough copper from the steel core,there is no obvious devision between copper and steel. The length of the wire can be as long as 100 meters .But the cost for grounding use can be much saved by using this newly-developed product by our company.It is really the best choice as a conductor for grounding system.
