Energy transformers are critical components of the energy distribution grid and it is therefore important to have a monitoring and maintenance plan in place to preempt their failure. One of the critical components of an energy transformer is the transformer oil.
A transformer operates in a moisture free environment and even the slightest moisture can seriously reduce its life. Most companies have an oil maintenance schedule to monitor the condition of oil and detect a problem before it causes extensive damage.
In order to achieve optimal dielectric strength and insulating performance inside of transformers and circuit breakers, dielectric oils must be kept absolutely clean and dry. Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.
