◊ The scope of application Pellet Press  

SZLH series pellet mill is the principal machine in pellet making, suitable for large and medium-size farms and the use of small and medium-sized feed mill, the machine pellet production is 2-8t/h, can be used accompanied the feed mill which can product 8000-15000 tons powder feed per year.

◊ Characteristic

 1. Pellet Press Widely used for all kinds of animal feeds, like pig, cattle, rabbit, fish ,chicken and so on, the raw materials can be wheat, corn, maize, bean ,rice husk and so on. The size of pellets can be chosen from ¢1.5mm to 20mm.

2. High precision gear driving adopted, resulting in high driving affiance and stable working.

3. The imported bearing and oil seal are used for key positions of drive of the machine so that the machine has long service life and low noise.

4. The machine is fitted with darning and overload protection device and protection on the machine is fully considered during the operation.

5. Can be equipped with double-layer, three-layer folder conditioner or double shaft track conditioner, to meet the different needs of producing high grade livestock and poultry feed and aqua-feed.
