1)Grade steel: 1.2738(Germany DIN) P20+Ni(USA AISI); 718(Swenden ASSAB); ); 3Cr2NiMnMo(China GB) Plastic mould steel
Chemical composition: C Si Mn Cr S P Mo Ni
0.37 0.32 1.25 1.85 ≤0.30 ≤0.30 0.35 1.0
2)Specification: Thickness: Thickness: 20mm--600mm; Width: 200mm--600mm, Length: 2000~5800mm. Or customer requested.
3)Material character: Good mechanical property & quenching, make surface have equal hardness after deal with it. Nice polishing and low roughness; It can be used directly after the mould machined. Smelted by using vacuum degassing method, so that the steel quality is more purified. It has superior mirror polishing property. Good etching workability and EDM spark workability. Delivered in pre-hardened state.
4)Application: Used for various large-size mirror plastic mould, precision plastic mould, like: Car accessory, home appliances, electronic equipment plastic mould.
