1) Water soluble flavour: used in beverage, ratafee, liquor, carbonated drink,
ice-lolly, ice-cream
2) Water/oil soluble flavour: very wide application, can be used in most food as
beverage, dairy, candy, and bakery
3) Oil soluble flavour: can be used in shortening, confectionery and bakery
4) Emulsion flavour: used in beverage and ice cream
5) Chew gum: used in bubble gum and chutty
