 Glass straight-line double edging production line is made up of two transfer tables,two glass straight-line double edging machines and one straight auto-shift table.11 spindles working on each side of glass including rough, fine grinding, polishing and chamfering, which give you a very nice performance for the 4 sides of glass sheet at one run.The production line was designed as simple and convenient operation,high precisions,high efficiency,safety and security. It's a dedicated device for batch processing furniture and architectural glass.

The straight auto-shift table is the most efficient one at home and abroad currently. There are two rotating modes of it. One is high-efficiency rotating directly for small glass while the other is rotating big glass with mechanical arm Input transfer table equipped with float universal table and a row of fixed idler wheels which makes it more convenient to locate the glass sheet.Straight auto-shift table will match into double edging machines and double pencil edging machines' any speed.At the same time this production line also specially configured with barcode scanning and retrieval functions. Different bar and space pattern represent different information,not only can retrieve the size of glass, but also can call up the relevant information, such as customer's information, orders, delivery time and so on. All of these will be called up when you scan the bar code.

What’s more, we can take remotely control and provide after-sale services by the computer through internet. Generally speaking, it is a perfect processing line for helping a well organized glass processing factory to be a more efficient one.

,Before processing glass, turn on all the machines.Switch on the push and pull valve to raise the float universal table,then put one piece of glass sheet on it and lean the glass against the idler wheels.Scan the bar code of the actual processing glass,which can call up the corresponding bar code data from data base.Then machines will adjust and start up automatically.,Switch off the push and pull valve, the float universal table will descend.Then the glass falls onto the transfer rollers and enter the first double edging machine for processing.

While processing small size glass, instead of using the float universal table, glass can be put on the transfer table directly.

After the glass comes out from the first machine,when size of glass is less than 2300mm*2000mm, it will enter onto the straight auto-shift table. Under the force of the block wheels, glass rotates about 45 degrees until into 90 degrees with the effect of diagonal rollers. Then glass is getting into the second double edging machine.

n the other case, when glass size is bigger than 2300mmX2000mm but less than 5000mmX3500mm, the table will switch into another rotating mode automatically. When the float universal table raises, pneumatic clamp catches one corner of the glass.Then the towing device begins to work and push the glass rotating about 80 degrees by its idler wheels.Then the idler wheels leave, and towing device, float universal table, pneumatic clamp return to the original state one by one quickly.at this time, the glass falls on the diagonal rollers.Keep moving on, with the effect of diagonal rollers, glass rotates small angle unceasingly till the glass rotates into 90 degrees completely.Then glass is getting into the second double edging machine.  After finished processing, glass will come out and load onto the transfer table. It is called an operating period.
