Application
The use of the furnace is periodic operating. Its inside doesn’t contain the carbon to avoid the carbon contamination. Its operation is the vacuum sintering without the pollution. It is applied widely to transparent ceramics, semiconductor, optical material and quartz deshydroxy, it is also used to sinter tungsten and molybdenum products.
