Al preheated in shaft furnace comes to the bottom of furnace and get shock heating and its temperature is close to melting point. So Al melts fast with low consumption and burning loss. This type is of long life.Compact structure: it can supply liquid Al for a few temperature-holding furnaces in the same time.
Preheat for air: waste heat is used to decrease consumption or temperature of exhausted gas.
