Instructions for the main technical structure of turbine:
Runner:
All the runner blades adopt numerical control machining to ensure the geometrical shape. They are made of anti-erosion and anti-abrade materials with good welding performance.
Main shaft:
The main shaft is forged of steel based on 35A (or 20SiMn) after heat treatment. The runner and main shaft of horizontal set are built upon conicity and transmission torque. The vertical set adopts external flange model .Its main shaft and runner, main shaft and generator shaft basically adopt abrasion transmission torque structure with following advantages:
Bolt stabilizes under forces, without enduring pressures from fatigue;
To achieve the result for interchange of runner, the joint bolt hole of flange can be processed respectively.
Main shaft seal:
Main shaft seal doesnt touch main shaft and utilizes pump plate to drain water and sand, which includes advantages as below:
The sealing part has a long service life. There is no abrasion and no examination is required.
No cold water needed to smooth; Water, mud or sand is drained through head cover by pump plate centrifugal force.
Fill the air to the draft tube through the air valve of head cover.
Guide bearing:
The vertical unit utilizes self-lubricating guide bearing with paraboloidally wedge-shaped pad, which is a turbine bearing with oil-lubricating self-circulation radial vertical paraboloidally wedge-shaped pad, without bearing shoe grinding on the site.
The horizontal unit utilizes self-lubricating pedestal bearing. The bearing pad utilizes babbitt, with reliable and secure configuration. The bearing of large content and high speed horizontal unit utilizes outer circulation cooling system.
Instructions for the main technical structure of generator:
The stator frame of generator features welded-steel plate construction with sufficient intensity and firmness to transmit all the burthen and torque to the equipment foundation.
The winding coil of stator is wound in frame or bar form. It compresses through mould after the continuous wrapping of F class epoxy powder mica tape, turning coil and insulator into a seamless whole with high mechanical strength.
The coil after winding has stable insulating property, high electric strength, good performance, low dielectric loss, high discharge inception voltage, tough endurance to aquosity and ozone, strong firmness.
The bearing utilizes inner circulation lubrication, built in with scraper blade and water-cooling condenser. Outer circulation cooling mode is utilized for large capacity high speed horizontal bearing.
High rotating-speed horizontal set is used for idle load test.
Brake system: The set adopts air brake or oil brake.
Excitation mode: Generator adopts digital microcomputer excitation.
Generator is designed and manufactured according to 110% of the rated capacity.
