Materials & Construction:
1. Traditional face frame construction using selected birch wood
2. Face frames are solid 3/4 inch thick with 1 1/2 inches stiles and rails
joints are mortise and tenon
3. Sides are birch veneered 1/2 inch plywood
4. The interior features a clear coat finish, and the exterior is finished to
match the door selection
5. Shelves are 5/8 inch thick birch veneered plywood sealed with a clear coat,
adjustable and front edge banded
6. Backs are 1/8 inch thick, inserted into the cabinet sides
Drawers:
1. Made of 5/8 inch thick solid, hard wood
2. Dovetailed in each corner and clear coated
3. Bottoms are 1/4 inch birch plywood, fully captured
4. Slides are under-mounted, full-extension soft close
5. Drawer fronts are full overlay, five piece construction
Finishing:
1. Catalyzed conversion varnish top coat with UV protection is applied to doors,
drawers, and face frames by mechanical application
2. UV water-based finish is roll coated on the end panels
3. Glazing is applied to the doors and drawer fronts
