Application
YT-80 turning machine tool is suitable for automatic production line of turning internal and external bearing ring
the main turning machine tools and auxilary machine such as ring feeder, lifter , testing machine are combined to one whole production line. we can design the whole set of automatic production line according to customer's different procession flow.
Composing
By the user's request, different combination of line is formulated automatic or semi-automatic one for different processes. The main machines and auxillary machines are linked with conveyer.
Automatization
Program logic control system is supplied for automatic operation. You can put blanks into the automatic store house, hen the blanks is turned automatically. During the process, 2 or 3 operators may inspect parts after turning by means of sampling. And special auxiliary machines are equipped in the line to inspect, classify and count the work pieces one by one automatically
Efficiency
500,000-600,000sets per month with 3-shifts, turning speed 3-4 second per set.
Precision and reliability
The machine adopts Japanese original. The line has the supper quality of ultra worktable, the high precision of main spindle the complete bed of box, the alarm and the advanced tools , and those features ensure the line's wearability and vibration-resistant, so work pieces can obtain the high work accuracy and smaller size deviation.

1) The seller can provide the operation ,maintain etc training ,Training time is more than 10 days, the melt and living cost is paid by the buyers. Training include Adjust, repair, control, electric, hydraulic etc. PLC system, project and safe operation etc.
2) Equipment warranty one year, the seller to provide the program files and Omron software and technical support( technical support is provided in the form of fax, telephone, e-mail.)
