Pit Furnace
Pit furnace is a type with cycle operation, usually supplying heat treatment for the long and big workpiece, the vehicle wheel, the wheel tire and so on, especially for rods and long axis parts. Inside the body it's cylindrical and deep, and the workpiece is loaded vertically into the furnace for heating with a special crane.
Application:
1.Enhance the temperature equitability of the furnace inside
2.Multi-section control to increase the homogeneity of the temperature inside
3.The body inside has stainless ventilation system.
4.The cover and the body adopt fiber cotton resistant to elevated temperatures to save resource and reduce the production cost.

Box Furnace
It contains the sealed box-type heat chamber, the pre-chamber and the oil-quenching tank.
It's a furnace for heat treatment to finish quenching step inside the body.
Sealed Box type Quenching Furnace is for multi-purpose work such as carburization, tufftriding,
quenching and tempering,whose production capability can be in big and middle quantity, much higher than the pit furnace.
Leveller
A Leveller is equipment to re-correct all kinds of axis parts which are deformed
during the heat treatment in the areas of vehicles and other mechanical lines.
