Column and boom:
(1) Column and boom are used for the inside and outside circumferential and longitudinal welding.(2) It mainly consists of column, boom, pedestal,ladder,electrical equipmet and hand-control box. We also offer welding
head and flux recovery system if customers require. (2) There are three types for you to choose. Fixed type, Fixed with rotation type, movable type.(3) Column can do both retracting (left and right) and lifting(up and down) movement to meet welding need.(4) The speed of retracting are adjusted by Frequency Conversion Speed Control(VFD). It is precise and stable.(5) Movable type cab be used with track together, to facilitate operation.(6) Column and boom are often used with welding rotator and positioner together. (as show in following picture)(7) Welding head and Flux recovery system are offered.(8) Hand-control box is offered to facilitate operation.(9) There is safty device.
This welding manipulator (column and boom) can be used in match with automatic welder, roller stand or welding positioner, and for the inside and outside circumferential and longitudinal welding. It is also applicable to automatic welding of metal objects.
