WS300W/400W/500W SHEET CUTTING MACHINE INTRODUCE
Brief introduce
YAG 300W/500W Pulse Laser Precise Cutting System is a small solid state pulsed laser processing machine with high performance for cutting and drilling on metal, semi-conductor and ceramics etc. It has the advantages of precision, smooth cutting edge, small thermo affecting area, high efficiency, low cost and so on.
It is using 1064nm wavelength pulse laser focus and eradiate on the surface of work piece. The surface heat diffuses inside of material through heat-conduction. Its numerical controlling system controls the pulse width, laser energy, peak value and repeatability accuracy of the machine and make material fusing, gasifying instantly for realizing cutting, welding, drilling by numerical controlling according to scheduled track.
It is composed of laser power supply, 500W Nd:YAG laser source,laser cooling system, laser beam transmit and focus system, Red laser position system, 3D precision numerable control worktable, protection system, PC controller system, so on.
Main Specifiction
(1)Laser power supply
The main electric circuit adopts two sets of switch power supplies to driver the two Xe lamps, inside there consists of the main circuit, trig circuit, preignition circuit, control circuit, protection circuit. It has the protection function for over current, over voltage, over water-flow. The current, pulse width, frequency can be adjusted by PC. It also has the function of wave shape design. It can set special output wave shape according to different materials. The detail specification is as following

(2)500W Nd YAG Laser source
Laser source adopts complete sealed assembled cavity to be sure no need to adjust the alignment when changing the Xenon Lamp. The Xenon lamp has the good stability and long lifetime. The coating of the cavity is golden. There has high efficiency and more power.

(3)Cooling System
The laser source adopts the double circling cooling system for the whole cavity including the interior circling cooling system and the exterior circling system. The interior adopts special refrigeration unit, the medium is de-ion water. The interior circling and exterior circling system change the heat by the heat exchanger made by stainless steel plate. The interior circling cooling system adopts outside circling water(customer prepared). The interior cooling tank with de-ion water has the resistant measure sensor which can inspect the de-ion water quality.
The interior cooling system is consist of compressor, stainless steel tank, stainless heat-exchanger, filter, de-ion resin pot, magnet pump and water temperature, water pressure relay etc. It has the alarm and protection system for over water temperature or lack water flow. Outside the cabinet there is input water slot and there is water level displayer also.

(4)Laser Beam Transmit and focus system
The system consists of the reflector mirror, output mirror, laser shutter, aperture, Beam expernder, Focus lens, the focus lens has the water cooling system to protect the lens.

(5)Red laser system
Adopt the He-Ne laser as the basement of the optic system and the position of the work piece so that it can have the accurate position.
Wavelength 0.6328um
When cutting, There will have a base point on the work piece, then we can use the red light to move to the same position with the base point. Then the system can start cutting according to the program.
(6)3D precision numerable control worktable
The worktable adopts ball bearing guide and precise linear guide with step motor.
