High-grade wood-ear fungus of Huangshan, also known as "agaric", is a rare treasure of the local Huangshan area. The texture is tender, crisp, smooth, tasty and refreshing, with abundant nutrition such as protein, fat, carbohydrate and many vitamins and inorganic salt. The nutrition in agaric is obviously higher than those in other foods, its protein content is the same as that in meat, its VB2 content is higher than that in rice, flour, vegetables and meat, its ferrum content is 100 times higher than that in meat, while its calcium content is 30-70 times than that in meat. It also contains phosphor and sulfur, which are the main elements of the plasmatic part of the human cell.
