i. collate and Loading the plastic stems by the vibrate and collate device
ii. after the plastic stem loaded on the track, then to inserting(tufting) the filament
iii. after inserting the filament , then to trimming the filament to be same height
iv. after trimming, then polishing the filament for a good appearance and good coating effect
v. after polishing, then to the glue process(customer option), the filament will combine together
vi. all the process finished, then will be loaded on the dryer device.
