1.Consititution:
The nonwoven fabric production line consits of one opener(roller diameter 440mm), one carding machine with chute feeder(roller diameter450mm),one needle punching machine with cutter and winder. Meanwhile, equipped one blower fan, one control system, and three main motors, three speed reducers.
2.Application:
this production line is used to produce nonwoven fabric, converting fleeciness fiber and cotton or chemical fiber, blended raw materail ,linen, wool, fleece into needle punched cotton, like sofa cushion, matress, carpet or balnket.
