Using Method
Dosage for reference: 0.8---1.2%
1: Blending the fruit flesh powder with other accessories in a certain percentage, stiring while adding cold water to the liquid to make an uniform liquid;
2: Stiring while heating the liquid to be boiled, adding acid to the mixture when the temperature cooled to 75 degrees naturally;
3: Putting the acid liquid to the compote, cooling quickly to form the pectin;
4: Making the pectin to the water which has 2% Cacl2 ,then immersing the mixture 4-6 hours;
5: Making the immersed pectin to small artificial coconut;
6: Boiling the artificial coconut for 10 minutes, then put 1% citrate with 80 degrees temperature to the liquid, taking out for using after 10 minutes;
7: Please pay attention to Secondary pollution when operation.
