Characteristics of finished jelly:

Using Method:
Dosage for reference: Jelly Powder 0.41%; Pulp Powder ( 2 colors): 0.8-1.5%Sucked Jelly Powder 0.25~0.3%
1.Blending the jelly powder/pulp powder with other accessories in a certain percentage, stiring the mixture while adding cold water to form a uniform liquid;
2. Stiring while heating the liquid to be boiled, then maintain the warm temperature by 510 minutes;
3. Adding acid, species and pigment to the liquid after filtering cooled the liquid to 7080°C;
4: Sealed with a bottle and making pasteurization for 1015 minutes;
5: Packed for sale.
