These products are 40-50 mesh reddish-gray and white powder,there will be 15-20g residue left when pass 100g such powders through a 100-mesh sieve. These products are used on surface of thick cast iron after being grounded. Water should be added when milling to use. And coating’s thickness and firing time should be controlled properly to achieve an ideal effect.

4,Usage:
Mill the pre-grinding powder and water in proportion of 100/40; Push them through a 80-mesh sieve and keep the consistency at 165~170g/100ml, (1.65~1.70g/cm3); Spray 120-150 micron such product on the thick cast iron. B-1100 should be fired until the surface turn to be dark black-blue.
