Nucleating Transparent Agent : Nucleating transparent agent SL-2 is used to change the crystallization of the subcrystalline polymer resin and speed up its speed of crystallization. It promotes the resin to crystallize by providing crystal nucleus and makes the structure of the crystal grain fine, thus improving the products' rigidity, heat distortion temperature, dimension stability, transparency and luster. In addition, nucleating transparent agent SL-2 can shorten the molding cycle of products, expand the processing conditions and strengthen the smoothness.The product is the second generation of sorbitol nucleating transparent agent and the polyolefin nucleating transparent agent largely produced and consumed in the current world. Application : Ideal transparency effect can be achieve only by adding 0.2~0.4% this product into the corresponding materials. This nucleating transparent agent can improve the materials’ mechanical property. It is fit for making plastic products and is also widely used in transparent polypropylene sheet and tubes. It can directly be used after mixing with polypropylene dryly and also be used after being made into 2.5~5% seed grains.
