EPS cutting machine is a CNC machine,which can cut EPS foam to decorative moulding with any shape. Machine can make decorative molding through heated wire drived by stepping motor running in x axis and y axis. This can make machine cutting more accurately and faster.
This machine have 4 stepping motor ,which control x axis and y axis and have High Performanced heated wire, which is alloy wire, composed by Ni,Cr,Co,Mo and Ti.
Operating principle
1,Machine can cutting different shape EPS through computerized x axis and y axis running horizontally or vertically same time, then heated wire can cut esp foam after heated.
2, There are two ways to input picture of products,you can drawing by professional linear cutting software or input the picture by scanning drawing board.
