1. Brief Introduction Of Briquette Machine

This SkJP Biomass Briquette Machine is applied to various materials such as wood sawdust ,rice straw, corn straw, branch, peanut shell ,sugar cane bagasse and so on .

The SKJP adopts falt die technology which is proved to be the best way to make biomass briquette fuel .As we know the  vulnerable parts are the most worried thing to the customers. After sevral years'  research ,Jutao introduces advanced technology to design the mould/die and the roller , using best quality alloy/metal to prolong their service life ,and our machine has passed the Nation Durability Test.

FAQ

Q: If I use rice straw as raw material ,shall I buy a chaffcutter or straw crusher?

A: Yes ,chaffcutter (straw crusher) is necessary in the production line because the raw material should be pellet shape or no longer than 3 cm . Pls note that ,the straws are hard so normally we make it into 1~2 cm long pieces ,but for leaves , it can be longer to 4 ~5 cm.For wood or branches ,you need to make them to be sawdust or wood shavings .

Q: What is the fermentation process? Is this process necessary for all of the materials ?How to do this process ?

A: Fermentation is to make the raw materials to have certain stickiness, this process is for the wet or fresh raw material ,which makes the briquette fuel formed better. The fermentation process is easy, you just need to stack the raw material ,cover them with fabric, then place the raw material for 7-15 days ,then dry the material until the moisture reaches less than 30% . production starts . For the dry material with less than 25% moisture , you just need to cut them into pieces (wood pls make into sawdust or shavings )and start briquetting at once.

Q: Do I need a dryer ?

A:If you are a large enterprise and you want to make a continuous production line ,the dryer is necessary . If not ,for the small factory or home using ,we suggest that you can let the material to be naturally dried, just to make the moisture less than 30%.

Q: Why do you choose our  machine ?

A: Our machine has passed the nation Durability Test , the main parts are with longer service life than the other manufactures' .We carried out specific project for every client , before we tell the output ,usually we suggest client to send us relevant material ,we will proceed a test for them to make sure the production quality and output .Jutao has a professional technology team providing excellent design and trouble solving service . We are the icon enterprises of bioenergy industry in China.
