Tower type malting equipments can be designed and fabricated according to the request of customers.
This kind of malting production chain can be divided into two kinds:
1, whole tower type: a cone-shaped and a common steeping tank are placed on the top of the “tower”; five germination beds are at the bottom (two upper beds are used to exhaust wet air, the lower one is used to kilning).
Total height of the tower is about 90meters.Less occupation of energr & area for less equipments, good quality of the product for the advanced technology. This kind of Production line can be operated automated. One sentence for this machine: Do not hesitate to get this machine for its price versus performance ratio.
2,Half tower type: The steeping tank and germination bed are placed in two towers; each tower has three germination beds and steeping tank, the half tower’s height is 45meters, when discharging, the malt is conveyed by bucket conveyor in two lines to the two upper kilning beds (the procedure of oven drying will be done in this two kilning beds),at last: the malt will be transferred to the lower kilning bed to carry out the last procedure. These three kilning beds are installed in one tower whose height is 28meters.This kind of production line needs to add some equipment in the basis of the whole tower type. More investment in equipment, but less investment in civil working.
