2.0 The program should be provided optional Instructional materials and diagnostic equipment for use by students and Instructors. |
3.0 The trainer should be constructed of laminated plywood. The Front panel to be texan with 21d surface graphics. |
4.0 The supporting legs to be made from square steel tubing or equivalent. |
5.0 The trainers' component should be made from actual new model vehicle components and connectors. |
6.0 The fan motor should be miniaturized motor for safety reason. |
7.0 The trainer should be included; |
7.1. Motor coolant fan (miniature). |
7.2. Relay coolant fan. |
7.3. Switch vehicle speed. |
7.4. Switch air condition request. |
7.5. Switch coolant temperature. |
7.6. ALDL connector. |
7.7. Fuse Block. |
7.8. Wire harness. |
7.9. Power supply posts. |
8.0 Trainer operation should show feature of coolant fan Operation. |
9.0 The trainer should be capable of connecting to and operating from 12Vautomotive Battery. |
10.0 System diagnostic should be provided for an advanced level of instruction by duplicating actual on-vehicle trouble shooting procedures. |
11.0 The trainer should use actual vehicle wire colors code and compatible with wiring diagrams. |
12.0 The trainer should be capable to perform of actual service manual test procedures. |
13.0 The trainer should be provided with Operation Manual to enable the Instructor with trainer orientation, start-up procedures, equipment operation, maintenance and service Information. |
