Material performance and use
l Flaming retarding: flaming retarding grade reaches grade A, applied to various industrial heat insulation, building heat insulation, sound absorbing and insulation, etc.
l Anti-aging: containing 99% inorganic glass, no carbonization, anti-chemical corrosion, same service life as building.
l Good performance: no size stability control indicator. Linear swelling coefficient is only 1/10 of EPS, no crack due to swelling and shrinkage. Size stability performance is only £ 0.3%.
l Low water absorbing rate: volume water absorbing rate is 0.15%, can ensure use in humid environment, it is a long-lasting heat insulation material.
l Light weight and high strength: volume density is 175 kg/m3, 30mm-thick product, 4.8-4.5 kg/m3 anti-pressure and anti-bending, performance indicator ³ 0.6 mpa. Compared with other heat insulation materials with the same density, it is the highest.
l Use temperature: -196 °C - +400 °C, cold and hot resistance, use scope is greatly increased.
l Waste utilization: raw material is waste glass of other silicon-containing industrial wastes, nontoxic, no radiation and no environmental pollution.
l Use scope: can be used for exterior and interior wall heat insulation, construction is simple.
