This product is able to cope with PCB-1 . Usage: 1, opened the machine, take the shockproof bubble, unclose double-sided adhesive paper which is at the bottom of the water pump, fix the worktable. 2, machine inspection: put the machine on a smooth table, inject water for 3-4 L into machine which is better that the water level no more than corrosion platform. Insert the power wire to 220V AC power outlet, connect the power to see if there is water overflow ,check the work of current conditions to make sure pumps could work. If normally work, take out water to standby. 3, confect ferric chloride solution: please operate in non-metallic container and filtrate solution. Please be careful to prevent the sputtering ferric chloride solution to the skin and clothing. Get ready a piece of cloth, wipe out the sputtering of ferric chloride solution to avoid skin at any time. After filtration put into the machine, which is better that the level no more than worktable. Dont melt ferric chloride in the machine, the draff damage water pump easily.The ratio of solution: ferric chloride: water = 3: 5 4,put printed circuit board on worktable, fix with rubber osculum. Connect the power  to observe whether the current coverage entire board. Cover the top cover, and then observe corrosion situation.5, the circuit board which has been eroded washed away repeatedly, polish with sand paper, wipe rosin. Notes: 1, with good rubber gloves to work, do not directly touch ferric chloride etching solution.2, box before, please do not insert the power wire into power outlet before corrosion top is OK. Power switches is with leakage protection to improved product safety. It is important to disconnect the power plug, cut off power supply to ensure safety.3, when the etching solution were not filtrated and cleared, do not directly put etching solution into the box to prevent the pump damage.4,please stock solution in confined container if not use for a long time. And clear water tank and pump.5, if water current flow slowly or pump does not rotate, please unlade pump from the worktable. Open pump to clean wheel and shaft.
