A: General Stucture:
Consists of Main Machine Frame, Hydraulic System and Electric System
I):Main Machine consists of Main Frame, Door Cover,Covery Cylinder,Main Cylinder and Main Press Head, Side Cylinder and Side Press head.Bale tilting cylinder etc
1 Main frame consists of Bottom, Side Plate,Covering Plate,Main Cylinder Support, Side Cylinder Support etc.The Feeding cabin with bottom , side plate,Door cover, Main Press Head, Side Press head.All are fitted with Anti-abraising liner plate.(not including Door cover)
2 Door Cover and Cover Cylinder: Door cover was hinged with the Axis Guide on the side plate. Cover Cylinder was hinged to the Girder of support also.The door covery with Slide is joint to the Piston Rod of the Covering Cylinder,The cover cylinder will drive the Door cover to open and close automatically
3 Side Cylinder and Side Press Head: Side Cylinder is under the cover cylinder support,The side press head is joint with the Side cylinder piston rod ,Under the running of the cylinder, fulfill the Briquete compact, pushing out and returning
4 Main Cylinder and Main Press Head: Main Cylinder is fitted at the operating side, welded on the out stand ,Main press head is joint to the piston rod of main cylinder. Under the running of the main cylinder,finish the Briquette compacting, pushing and returning
5 Main Cylinder ,Side Cylinder, Cover Cylinder and Tilting Cylinder are all single piston with dural force cylinders.All the pistons are with seal , which make the fore and aft space . When high pressure to the fore space, the piston run forward
