The machine is one kind of mini general hydraulic press through exchanging different dies, it can effect: sheet strip bending; sheet strip cutting; square steel pipe cutting; pipe bending; other type bending. So, the machine combine the complex functions of several kinds of special machines, e.g. shearing machinepress brake machinesawing machinebending machine and bending pipe machine & etc. The machine can be widely applied to the heavy and mini factories of processing industry lines, e.g. machineryelectricchemical industryelectrical powershipbuildingmetal structure and building lines.
The pressing head of oil cylinder of machine with die work horizontally, the nominal pressure of pressing head is 250KN. Dies of different application may be supplied according to the requirements of customer.
The pressing head within strokes can be adjusted rapidlyarbitrarily and precisely to nominated position.
Convenient operation: The movement of pressing head can be controlled through the foot-switch and double hands switch. In case pushing the foot switch or double hands switch down, the pressing head will work forward to reach the adjusted position and stop automatically. Loosing the foot switch, the pressing head will return rapidly.
Special foundation is not been required. The machine can be directly put on the common cement ground.
