Employing the advanced controlling system and machinery driving to stir metal solution without touching, it can fully and evenly distribute the alloy composition and reduce burn-consumption and lower energy consumption.
It can be used continuously even there is little aluminum solution that brushes the melting aluminum block, fasts the melting speed, reduces the temperature difference from top to bottom and enhances the heat-transferring efficiency, lower the temperature of burning chamber and temperature of melting pool's surface and the quantity of oxidized discharge. As the sensor is installed under the bottom of furnace, the stirring force at bottom of furnace is stronger than top to avoid ruining top oxidized membrane and reduce the solution's burning consumption.
