I. Brief Introduction of the Machine
The structure of the machine is rollers' conveying and gantry moving in a small range. The gantry structure and base are plate style box-beam structure.
It's mainly used for drilling of three-dimension multi-hole of H-beam. Three axes simultaneous machining may be realized. The accurate CNC system and fine mechanical performances may meet the accuracy requirements for the dimensions of one group of holes accurately.

III. Characteristics of the Machine
The machine uses the computer and accurate and reliable driving mechanism and replaced the primitive method of re-aligning and clamping for second time positioning after drilling in single direction. The positioning accuracy of machining of holes on mutual vertical plane is improved and the working efficiency is greatly increased at the same time.
IV. Structure and Composition
The machine is adopted with steel box-beam structure. The gantry is stable in structure and high in strength. The spindle box is controlled by computer and the spindle motor is adopted with four governing modes.
The workpiece is clamped hydraulically.
General lay-out will be according to the length of H-beam to be machined by users, and concretely design the lay-out of the relative clamping and aligning device and conveying rollers and set the relative dimensions.
