Product Use:

Used for the drilling, cutting and chamfering processing of H-shape steel, box beams of steel structure, bridge, three dimensional garages and petrol platform industries.

Brief Introduction

1. Complete secondary processing production line of steel structure is comprised of CNC Band Sawing machine, CNC 3-D drilling machine, CNC Steel Chamfering (milling) machine, CNC drilling machine for plates and longitudinal rollerway.

2. Work piece can be forward and backward on rollerway to finish drilling, cutting and chamfering in turn.

3. One of the equipments and longitudinal rollerway can be comprised of a single production line.

4. Crosswise rollerway is unit design, can be any combination of the length.

5. Transverse rollerway can be chosen.

6. The layout of equipment and rollerway has a wide range of selective ways as customers requirements.

7. The feed channel of production line contains dynamic rollerway, no-dynamic rollerway and crosswise pushing equipment.

8. Conveyor roller of the thick-walled seamless steel tubes and roller surface is formed by high-frequency quenching, grinding.

9. Key mechanical, hydraulic pressure and electric components and assembly spares are famous brands domestic or abroad.
