high hardness, small coefficient of expansion, brittle property and good thermal conductivity competitive price good service
Properties
Black silicon carbide is a nonmetallic mineral product formed with quartz sand (SIO2), anthracite or petroleum coke (C) as raw materials at a high temperature of 1800 Celsius or above, featured by high hardness, small coefficient of expansion, brittle property and good thermal conductivity, widely used as a deoxidant in abrasives, grinding of electronics, refractory, special ceramics, foam ceramics, modification of coating and plastics, auto parts, war industry and aviation, steelmaking, etc.
Black silicon carbide is classified into black silicon carbide sand and black silicon carbide powder.
Applications
Our black silicon carbide is mainly used in steelmaking and ironmaking industry and refractory industry, such as stemming, trough material, silicon carbide brick and other formed and amorphous products.
