 Please let me introduce our production lines as below:

 1). Stamp (die struck) For this manufacturing process, we can use the following materials: brass, copper, iron, aluminum.  2). Die cast (injection die cast) For this manufacturing process, we mainly use the material zinc alloy.  3). Photo etch For this manufacturing process, we use the material brass.  4). Print (Off-set print & Silk print) For this manufacturing process, we can use the materials: iron, brass, zinc alloy, aluminum, copper.  5). Soft PVC (soft PVC material is only used for this process).  6). Pewter (For this process, the material is the alloy of tin and lead)  Based on different designs, we can suggest customers to use one of the above manufacturing process to make production.  For the "finish" of the products, we can use the following process:  1). Polish --- This is a basic process for making metal items. We can make the products surface look more lustered and shiny, and feel smooth. 2). Plating --- We can plate the metal products with gold, silver, nickel, rhodium, brass, copper, antique gold, antique silver, antique brass, antique copper, etc. 3). Imitation hard enamel --- This process is also called "polished enamel". 4). Soft enamel with clear epoxy. 5). Soft enamel without epoxy. 6). Spray enamel.  7). Sandblast.
