This machien is composed of traveling cart,welding arm,welding gun machanical tracking device,pneumatic system,electrical control system ,flux feeding and recovery machine and submerged arc weling power. It is mainly used for welding the box beam.submerged arc welding adopt double arc double wire welding which can improve the welding efficiency, and have good welding seam. Workpiece get to welding position by roller conveyor, turned by 180 turning machine to the right positon, the support for workpiece is also welded power,feeding machine ,wire brrel, welding gun and control box. the cart moving control and welder control is linkage control, to make them connect more close and opetation more convenient. The weldong power is two set Lincoln DC-100 and two set AC-1200.
