Main features and technical parameters:
·Transmission is sealed under the platform, safe and pollution-free.
·The filling and sealing part are sealed within the semi-closed and no static visual frame cover below the platform, easy to observe, operate and maintain.
·Use PLC + touch screen to control, human-machine dialogue with color graphics interface.
Management position is equipped with the whole unit manipulator which can adjustabe speed (also the swing angle) , control devices and vacuum generators and so on to make the hose supply accurate and stable).
Under the vacuum, the tube arm can be rotated about 90 º, the hose is pressed into the flexible tube cup of the tube station.
Workstations with photoelectric on the subject, color detector with high precision, stepper motor and so on to control the patterns of hose in the correct position.
The sizes of filling nozzle are determined according to the characteristics and quantity of filling materials, the forms of nozzle have blow off type, cut off style and integrated blown off and cut off approach.
